SAUCE INGREDIENTS
4 – 5 Cups Baby Bellas Chopped
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
4oz Full-Fat Plain Cream Cheese
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Thyme
CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breasts
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
½ Teaspoon Thyme
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- Make the chicken marinade by whisking together the avocado oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Marinate chicken for at least an hour.
- In a medium sized sauté pan melt butter and add garlic and mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms while you make the cream base.
- In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat, add your heavy cream and continuously whisk the cream.
- Once the cream is fully heated add the cream cheese in small batches. Continuously whisking until the cream cheese has completely melted.
- Add parmesan, garlic powder and thyme. Continuously whisking until the sauce has thickened.
- Once the sauce has thickened combine the mushrooms with a slotted spoon to eliminate the liquid, and turn to low. Continuously whisk while you grill the chicken.
- Preheat the grill to 450° Fahrenheit.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
- Grab your chicken off the grill and let sit for a couple minutes.
- Top with mushroom cream sauce and serve immediately.
This mushroom sauce is also incredible on steak, eggs, vegetables and pork!
