QUESO INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
4oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese Cubed
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Paprika
½ LB Grass-fed Ground Beef
¼ Large Onion Diced
¼ Red Pepper Diced
¼ Yellow Pepper Diced
4.5oz Green Chiles
2 Teaspoons Garlic
¼ Cup No Sugar Added Salsa
GROUND BEEF SEASONING INGREDIENTS
½ Tablespoon Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Coriander
¾ Teaspoon Cumin
- In a large frying pan brown the ground beef over medium high heat.
- In a small mixing bowl make the beef seasoning by combining the chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, and cumin.
- Drain the fat from the beef and add the seasoning, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, garlic, green chiles, and salsa. Mix well and turn on low.
- In a medium sized sauce pan on medium low heat add heavy cream and whisk continuously.
- As the cream becomes hot, slowly whisk in the cream cheese cubes. Continue to whisk until the cream cheese is completely melted.
- Slowly whisk in the shredded cheddar, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
- Continue whisking until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Combine the sauce with the beef, and serve.
