INGREDIENTS
1 Large Cauliflower Head Loosely Chopped
1 Cup Chicken Bone Broth
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized pan, steam the cauliflower over the chicken broth covered for 12 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is steaming, begin making the cheese sauce.
- In a small sauce pan over low heat add whipping cream, parmesan, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk ingredients together continuously.
- Discarding the chicken broth, place steamed cauliflower and cheese sauce in a food processer and process until it is fluffy like mashed potatoes.
