INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 Pasture-Raised Eggs
3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan
2 ½ oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- In a medium sized sauce pan on low heat add heavy whipping cream and cream cheese. Whisk until cream cheese is melted, add parmesan and shredded mozzarella. Mix well.
- With an electric mixer combine the eggs and the cheese mixture.
- Once the cheese and eggs are fully mixed, slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Divide dough into 6 equal parts, roll into a ball, poke a hole in the middle and form a bagel.
- Place dough on a non-stick lined cookie sheet.
- Brush the top of the bagels with the melted butter and everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake at 425°F for 22 – 24 minutes, rotating the cookie sheet often.
- Let cool on a wired rack.
