DRESSING INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
½ Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ Teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
¼ Teaspoon Worcestershire
¼ Teaspoon Minced Garlic
SALAD INGREDIENTS
1 Head Green Leaf Lettuce Chopped
6 Slices of Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
¾ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
½ Cup Sliced Red Onion
¼ Cup Pine Nuts Toasted
1. In a small mixing bowl make the dressing by whisking together the AVO, balsamic, Dijon, monk fruit, Worcestershire, and garlic. Mix well.
2. In a large salad bowl add the lettuce, onions, bacon, half the amount of pine nuts, and half the amount of pomegranate seeds.
3. Pour in the dressing and coat entire salad well.
4. Top with remaining pine nuts and pomegranate seeds.
5. Serve.
