INGREDIENTS
2 Sweet Potatoes Peeled and Thinly Sliced About ¼” to the Bottom
4 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
½ Tablespoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl mix together AVO, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Place sliced sweet potatoes in a medium sized baking dish.
- Brush the sweet potatoes with half of the oil mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 425° F.
- Brush with remaining oil mixture, and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Serve.
