INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
3 Cups Artichoke Hearts Chopped
1 Cup Chopped Spinach
16oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese
1 Cup Grated Parmesan
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
4 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced
ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl combine sour cream, pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella, and red onions. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a medium sized baking dish and top with remaining cup of shredded mozzarella.
- Bake at 400° F until cheese begins to turn golden brown and bubbles on the sides. About 20 minutes.
- Serve with gluten and grain free chips or crackers, or vegetables such as bell peppers.
