INGREDIENTS
1 Head of Cauliflower Chopped into Florets
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Cup Cilantro Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine avocado oil, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
- Coat cauliflower with avocado oil mixture and place in a medium sized glass baking dish.
- Bake at 400° F for 60 minutes.
