INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Tahini
½ Cup Avocado Oil
½ Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Tamari
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
½ Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
ASSEMBLY
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine tahini, oil, water, tamari, vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and salt. Whisk well.
2. Refrigerate before serving.
