1 Cup Frozen Whole Strawberries
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Hempseeds
1 Avocado
2 Cups Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
13 ML of Elderberry Syrup (2 ADULT Servings)
2 – 4 Tablespoons Water, If Needed
Suggested Toppings: Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Strawberries, Blueberries

- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
