INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Green Onion Diced
½ Cup Green Pepper Diced
½ Cup Red Pepper Diced
1 ½ Cups Ham Cubed (Gluten Free, Uncured)
10 Pasture Free Range Eggs
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
Salt and Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- Preheat Oven to 375° Fahrenheit
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the eggs, onions, peppers, ham, garlic, salt, pepper, hot sauce, cream and ½ cup of cheese.
- Add the egg mixture to a medium sized glass baking dish.
- Bake egg mixture for 20 minutes, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes while the cheese melts.
