SALSA VERDE CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup No Sugar Added Salsa Verde
½ Tablespoon Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
½ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ Teaspoon Coriander
¾ Teaspoon Cumin
CHIMICHURRI INGREDIENTS
½ Small Onion Chopped
2 Cups Loosely Packed Cilantro
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
¼ Cup No Sugar Added Salsa Verde
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Minced Garlic

ASSEMBLY
1. In a food processer make chimichurri. Combine onion, cilantro, oil, salsa, salt, and garlic. Pulse until smooth, or desired thickness. Refrigerate.
2. In a crockpot pour in salsa and top with chicken breasts. Sprinkle seasoning on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Chicken is done when it easily shreds apart.
3. Shred chicken for serving.
4. Serve with lettuce wraps or a grain and gluten free tortilla, and top with suggested toppings.
