CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ Tablespoon Tamari
½ Tablespoon Balsamic
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
BRUSCHETTA INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Grape Tomatoes Chopped
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
½ Tablespoon Garlic Minced
½ Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Chopped, More for Garnish
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mustard, tamari, balsamic, oil, and garlic. Marinate chicken for a minimum of 4 hours.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine tomatoes, avocado oil, garlic, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and basil. Mix well, and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to 450° Fahrenheit.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
- Plate the chicken, and top with bruschetta.
