150z Can Cannellini White Kidney Bean Rinsed
12.5oz Green Salsa Verde
4oz Green Chiles
½ Large Onion Chopped
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
6 Raw Chicken Breasts
8oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese Cut into Chunks
2 Cups Chopped Cilantro
Himalayan Sea Salt to Taste
ASSEMBLY
- Add broth, beans, salsa, onion, cumin, chili powder, garlic, chiles, salt, and chicken to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred Chicken, and add cream cheese and cilantro.
- Cook on low until cream cheese is melted.
