INGREDIENTS
8 16/20 Count Raw Shrimp
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
¼ Teaspoon Dill
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well and add shrimp to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Soak wooden kebob skewers in water while your ingredients marinate. This prevents the skewers from burning on the grill.
- Thread your shrimp onto the skewer.
- Set grill to medium-high heat, and begin grilling the shrimp.
- Grill shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
