INGREDIENTS
4 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Teaspoon Stone Ground Mustard
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
8 Drops Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener
½ Teaspoon Minced Garlic
5oz Container of Arugula
¾ Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
¼ Cup Red Onion Sliced
¼ Cup Pine Nuts Toasted
ASSEMBLY
- In a small sauce pan over medium heat melt butter.
- Whisk the melted butter until it becomes light brown, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool. Once cool, slowly whisk together mustard, balsamic, monk fruit, and garlic.
- In a large salad bowl add arugula, tomatoes, red onion, and salad dressing.
- Coat salad with the dressing and top with pine nuts.
- Serve.
