INGREDIENTS
8 Large Carrots
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
¼ Teaspoon Dill
½ Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Stone Ground Mustard
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl whisk together the avocado oil, dill, garlic, and mustard. Whisk well.
- In a large bag combine carrots and avocado oil mixture. Seal the bag and evenly coat all sides of the carrots with the avocado oil.
- Place carrots in a medium sized baking dish and bake at 370° F for 45 minutes.
