INGREDIENTS
2 Medium Sized Tilapia Filets
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 ½ Teaspoons Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl combine oil, lemon, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, and basil. Mix well and add tilapia. Marinate for 3 hours.
- In a medium sized glass baking dish add tilapia and bake at 400°F for 10 – 12 minutes. Measure filets at the thickest part, the rule of thumb is to bake them for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
- Serve immediately.
