INGREDIENTS
4 Slices Uncured and Gluten Free Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
1 Cup Full-fat Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
1 Medium Sized Yellow Onion Sliced
2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
Himalayan Salt to Taste
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized frying pan melt butter and add onion. Sauté until brown, translucent and fragrant.
- In a food processor add onions, sour cream, horseradish, butter, and salt.
- Process until smooth.
- Place in a small serving bowl and top with crumbled bacon.
