INGREDIENTS
1 Head of Cauliflower
3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
½ Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Grass-fed Butter
¾ Cup Hot Sauce
ASSEMBLY:
- In a large plastic baggie, add cauliflower, avocado oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and almond flour. Close the baggie and evenly coat the cauliflower with the mixture.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer at 400° F for 20 minutes.
- Shake the basket often.
- In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, melt butter and add hot sauce.
- Whisk and serve as a dipping sauce with the cauliflower.
