RUTABAGA INGREDIENTS
1 Pack of Bacon Slices Cut in Half
2 Medium Sized Rutabagas Peeled and Cubed
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
SEASONED SOUR CREAM INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Full-fat Sour Cream
½ Tablespoon Dried Parsley
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Tamari
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
RUTABAGA ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl mix together rutabagas, avocado oil, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Wrap each rutabaga cube with a piece of bacon and place into a medium sized baking dish.
- Bake at 375° F for 60 minutes.
- Serve with Seasoned Sour Cream.
SEASONED SOUR CREAM ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine all seasoned sour cream ingredients. Mix well, and chill until ready to serve.
