INGREDIENTS
6 Lamb Chops
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Coriander
1 Tablespoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Rosemary
½ Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl make the marinade by combining oil, garlic, pepper, coriander, cumin, rosemary, thyme, and salt.
- Marinate lamb chops overnight.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat. Once the pan begins to lightly smoke, place the lamb chops on the grill pan.
- Sear both sides on high for 2 minutes.
- Turn heat to medium and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Flip, and finish by cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve.
