INGREDIENTS
1 LB Pork Tenderloin
6 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Himalayan Salt
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Thyme
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
4 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter or Ghee Melted Before Baking
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine AVO, salt, garlic, thyme, and Italian seasoning.
- Marinate the pork overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place Pork Tenderloin in a medium sized glass baking dish, and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Let the pork sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
