INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Grape Tomatoes Halved
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Cup Cilantro Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced
Splash of Lime Juice
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
1 Avocado Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients.
- Mix well, and serve!
