INGREDIENTS
1 LB Grass-fed Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter or Ghee
¾ Cup Green Pepper Diced
½ Cup Onion Diced
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
¾ Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Substitute
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 Teaspoon Whole30 Approved Worcestershire
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- In a large frying pan over medium low heat, melt butter and add green peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef and brown. Mixing often.
- In a medium sized bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar substitute, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Add to ground beef and mix well.
- Simmer on low for 10 – 15 minutes.
