INGREDIENTS
4 Free-Range Chicken Breasts
28oz No Sugar Added Crushed Tomatoes
½ Cup Full-fat Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
3 Tablespoons No Sugar Added Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
ASSEMBLY
- In a slow cooker add crushed tomatoes, cream, parmesan, tomato paste, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Add chicken and cook on low for 8 hours.
This is best served with roasted veggies or salad.
