INGREDIENTS
10 Radicchio Leaves
2 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced
½ Cup Grape Tomatoes Diced
1 Cup Arugula
¼ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
6 Slices Uncured and Gluten Free Bacon Cooked and Chopped
¼ Cup Hot Sauce
½ Tablespoon Butter
ASSEMBLY
- In a small sauce pan over low heat melt butter and add hot sauce. Whisk well over heat.
- Fill radicchio leaves with arugula, onion, grape tomatoes, bacon and blue cheese.
- Top each leaf with a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
