INGREDIENTS
4 Medium Sized Tomatoes Tops Cut off and Inside Seeds Removed to Form a ‘Bowl’
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan
¼ Cup Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 ½ Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine mozzarella, parmesan, flour, Italian, garlic powder, basil, and avocado oil. Mix well.
- Using a spoon fill each tomato with the cheese mixture and place into a small baking dish.
- Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes.
