INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon Grass-fed Butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Cup Full-fat Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Tablespoon Za’atar Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
8oz Chickpea Pasta Shells Cooked
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized sauce pan on medium low heat melt butter.
- Add garlic and heavy cream, whisk continuously.
- As the cream becomes hot, slowly stir in the seasoning and parmesan. Continue to whisk until the sauce thickens.
- In a medium sized bowl combine sauce and pasta.
- Serve immediately.
