INGREDIENTS
2 Artichokes Cut in Half and Center Cored
1 Stick Grass-fed Butter
½ Tablespoon Minced Garlic
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
ASSEMBLY
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Enough water to cover the artichokes.
- Place artichokes in the pot and boil for 15 minutes.
- Place the artichokes on the grill at 400° – 450°F and grill for 5 minutes.
- While the artichokes are grilling, make your garlic butter.
- In a small sauce pan of medium low heat add butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Serve artichokes with the garlic butter.
