INGREDIENTS
10 Pasture Free Range Eggs
2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack
1 Cup Mushrooms Chopped
2 Cups Arugula
1 Cup Full-Fat Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
½ Cup Onions Diced
ASSEMBLY
- Preheat Oven to 350° F
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the eggs. Mix in the cheese, mushrooms, arugula, cream, salt, pepper and onions.
- Add the egg mixture to a glass quiche dish.
- Bake for 50 – 55 minutes.
