INGREDIENTS
1 Large Peach Sliced
6 Slices Prosciutto
3 Tablespoons Blue Cheese Crumbles
Balsamic Vinegar to Drizzle
ASSEMBLY
- Place 1 ½ Teaspoons of blue cheese on the prosciutto.
- Add 1 slice of peach and wrap.
- Grill on medium heat until the prosciutto is crispy or desired doneness.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
