INGREDIENTS
For the Caesar Dressing
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire (Gluten Free)
½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
¼ Cup Full-Fat Heavy Whipping Cream
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
For the Chicken
3 Chicken Breasts
½ Tablespoon Worcestershire (Gluten Free)
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon
Suggested Toppings
Romaine Lettuce Shredded
Grape Tomatoes Sliced
Parmesan Shreds
Grain and Gluten Free Tortilla
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl make your chicken marinade by combining the Worcestershire, garlic, oil, and Dijon together. Marinate chicken.
- In a small mixing bowl make your dressing by combining garlic, Worcestershire, Dijon, parmesan, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat the grill to 450° Fahrenheit.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it sit for a couple minutes.
- Slice chicken.
- Top the grain free tortilla with dressing, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and parmesan shreds.
