INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Green Beans Blanched for 5 Minutes
1 ½ Cups Corn Kernels Cooked
¾ Cup Radishes Sliced
2 Cups Loosely Packed Cilantro
¼ Cup Full-fat Sour Cream
¼ Teaspoon Cumin
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Tablespoon No-Sugar Added Salsa
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine sour cream, cumin, salt, and salsa. Mix well.
- In a large bowl combine beans, corn, radishes, cilantro, and dressing.
- Mix well, chill and serve.
