CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken Breasts
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
GUACAMOLE INGREDIENTS
2 Ripe Avocados
¼ Cup Red Onion Diced
1 Cup Loosely Packed Cilantro Finely Chopped
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine avocado oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate Chicken
- Preheat the grill to 450° Fahrenheit.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
- Grab your chicken off the grill and let it sit for a couple minutes.
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine chicken and guacamole. Mix well.
