DRESSING INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
4 Tablespoons No Sugar Added Salsa
1 Tablespoon Onion Finely Minced
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
¼ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
ROMAINE INGREDIENTS
3 Romaine Hearts Cut in Half, Brushed with Avocado Oil
¾ Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
¾ Cup Guacamole
¼ Cup Red Onion Sliced
1 Ear of Corn Cooked and Kernels Removed
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine sour cream, salsa, onion, salt, paprika, cumin and garlic powder. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
- Preheat the grill to 550° Fahrenheit.
- Grill the romaine for 3 minutes on each side.
- Plate the romaine and evenly top with dressing, grape tomatoes, guacamole, red onion, and corn.
