INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breasts
28oz No Sugar Added Crushed Tomatoes
¾ Cup Onions Diced
1 Chipotle Pepper Diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
½ Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Cumin
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
12 – 15 Almond Tortillas, or any Gluten Free Tortilla
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar *Optional
Avocado Oil to Coat

Onions, Avocado, Cilantro, Romaine, Jalapenos, Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Salsa
ASSEMBLY
- In a slow cooker combine tomatoes, onions, chipotle pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, onion powder and salt.
- Mix well and add chicken to the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred and mix with sauce.
- Coat an almond tortilla with avocado oil on both sides.
- Fill each tortilla with a small amount of chicken and cheese.
- Roll each tortilla very carefully and place in the bottom of the air fryer.
- Fry at 280° F for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately with toppings.
