INGREDIENTS
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Teaspoon Thyme
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
ASSEMBLY:
- In a small mixing bowl combine thyme, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and oil. Mix well.
- In a large plastic baggie, add cauliflower and oil mixture. Close the baggie and evenly coat the cauliflower with the mixture.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer at 350° F for 17 – 20 minutes.
- Shake the basket often.
- Serve Cauliflower Tots with No Sugar Added Organic Ketchup.

Garlic: Can reduce high blood pressure, and it also contains antioxidants. Top food for gut health – it contains prebiotic fiber, plus it’s antiviral and antifungal.
