INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Cooked Corn
½ Teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 Cups Grape Tomatoes Halved
½ Cup Small Mozzarella Balls
2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
Splash of Red Wine Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add all ingredients.
- Mix well, chill and serve.
