INGREDIENTS
1 Mango Cut into Chunks
12oz Shelled and Thawed Edamame
½ Cup Cilantro Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
½ Teaspoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl add avocado oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and vinegar.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine mango, edamame, cilantro, onion, and dressing.
- Mix well and chill before serving.
