DRESSING INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
SALAD INGREDIENTS
5oz Spring Mix
2 Honeycrisp Apples Sliced 1” Thick
½ Cup – ¾ Cup Gorgonzola Crumbles
½ Cup Walnuts Roasted
Cinnamon
Avocado Oil to Coat Apples
- In a small mixing bowl make the dressing by whisking together the oil, balsamic, dijon, monk fruit, salt and pepper.
- Heat grill to medium at 350° F.
- Brush apple slices with AVO and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place apple slices on the grill, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a large salad bowl combine lettuce and dressing.
- Coat entire salad and top with gorgonzola, walnuts and grilled apples.
- Serve.
