CHEESE CURD INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ Teaspoon Garlic
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ LB Halloumi Cheese Cut into Chunks
Avocado Oil to Coat
SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE DIP INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Full Fat Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Chives Chopped
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
ASSEMBLY:
- In a small mixing bowl combine sour cream, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Chill.
- In a small mixing bowl combine almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
- In a large plastic baggie, add cheese and lightly coat cheese with oil. Add almond flour mixture and coat cheese.
- Place cheese curds in the air fryer at 280° F and fry for 20 – 22 minutes.
- Shake the basket often.
- Serve cheese curds with sour cream and chive dip, no sugar added organic ketchup, or marinara sauce.
