INGREDIENTS
8oz White Cheddar Cheese Cut into 30 Slices
2oz Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese Softened
½ Cup Roasted Sweet Red Peppers Chopped
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Chives Chopped
1 ½ Tablespoons Basil Chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
¼ Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
½ Teaspoon Granulated Monk Fruit
ASSEMBLY
- In a small baking dish line half of the cheddar cheese on the bottom.
- With a butter knife, spread cream cheese on top of the cheddar.
- Place remaining pieces of cheddar on top.
- In a small mixing bowl add roasted peppers, avocado oil, balsamic, chives, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and monk fruit. Whisk well.
- Cover the cheese with the dressing.
- Chill over night and serve.
