INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 Large Shallot Diced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger Shredded
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Siracha
½ Cup Gluten Free Tamari
¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Cups Fresh Cremini Mushrooms Stemmed and Sliced
4 Cups Chinese Cabbage Shredded
3 Chicken Breasts
32oz Chicken Bone Broth
24oz Kelp Noodles Rinsed and Cut
Additional Topping Suggestions:
Sliced Green Onions
Cilantro
Siracha
Sesame Seeds
Poached, Soft Boiled, or Hard Boiled Cage Free Eggs
ASSEMBLY
- In a large pan over medium heat sauté sesame oil, shallot, ginger, and garlic.
- Sauté until shallots are fragrant and translucent.
- Place sautéed mixture and the remaining ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 10 hours.
- Shred Chicken and place back into ramen.
- Divide into bowls and top with suggested ingredients.
