HORSERADISH SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tablespoons Horseradish .25 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
.25 Teaspoon Paprika
ONION INGREDIENTS
2 Onions Sliced into 1” Thick Steaks
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
.5 Cup Avocado Oil
.5 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
.25 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
1 Teaspoon GF Worcestershire .2 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Dijon
HORSERADISH SAUCE ASSEMBLY
1. Combine all ingredients and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
ONION ASSEMBLY
1. In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for the onion. Mix very well.
2. Very carefully thread the onions onto the skewers, try to prevent the onions from splitting.
3. Marinate onions overnight in a plastic bag.
4. Grill on low between 300-350 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip and grill for another 20.
5. Remove from grill when they are golden brown and somewhat translucent.
6. Serve with horseradish sauce.
