INGREDIENTS
2.5 Cups Leftover Ground Beef Taco Meat
15oz Diced Tomatoes
28oz Crushed Tomatoes
4oz Black Olives Sliced
4oz Green Chiles Diced
1 Cup Beef Bone Broth
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 Cup Green Onion Diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
2 Cups Cilantro Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- With the exception of the cilantro, combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Mix together the cilantro 30 minutes before serving.
