INGREDIENTS
8oz Plain Hummus
3oz Crumbled Feta
1/4 Teaspoon Dill
1/2 Cup Cucumber Diced mixed with 1 Tablespoon AVO, 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt.
1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes Diced
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a small serving dish cover the bottom with the hummus.
- Top the hummus with the cucumber mixture, tomatoes and olives.
- Sprinkle with dill and top with feta.
- Serve with fresh veggies.
