INGREDIENTS
.25 Cup Red Bell Peppers Diced
4oz Green Chiles Diced
1lb Ground Beef
14.5oz Diced Tomatoes
1T Chili Powder
.5 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Salt
.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
.25 Teaspoon Onion Powder
.5 Teaspoon Coriander
1.5 Teaspoons Cumin
2T Cilantro Diced
.5 Cup Shredded Cheddar
ASSEMBLY
- In a large skillet over medium high heat brown beef and drain grease.
- Add peppers, chiles, tomatoes and simmer on low.
- In a small mixing bowl combine seasonings and mix well.
- Mix seasoning and cilantro into beef mixture and simmer on low.
- Top with cheese and melt.
- Top with your favorite taco ingredients and serve!
- Can be served as is, or with taco shells and tortilla chips.
