1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack
1.5 Cups Asparagus Chopped
.5 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
.25 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
2 Cups Ham Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the eggs.
- Add cream, cheese, asparagus, salt, pepper, and ham. Mix well.
- Pour into a glass quiche baking dish.
- Bake for 50 – 55 minutes.
