INGREDIENTS
2T Butter
1/2 Onion Sliced
3 Celery Stalks Diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1LB Cooked Ham Diced
1LB Split Peas
1 QT and 2.5 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
1 Cup Carrots Chopped
Salt and Pepper to Taste
ASSEMBLY
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 10 hours. Stirring Occasionally to help breakup the peas.
